-Visit us to see outstanding possibilities of haptic-
Whether spot varnish, structure varnish, relief varnish or soft touch varnish; any kind of varnish gives you the possibility to make your product unique by adding special visual and haptic effects.
Providing uniqueness is getting more and more important in a today’s world full of flooding offers in each and every market.
But how do you stand out from the crowd?
Haptics and visualisation are two tools that can make your product marketing emotional, enhanced by personalisation. Personalisation means fast and short production runs.
However, creating such sophisticated products needs to be an efficient and cost-effective, and sustainable, process.
The RC1536 recirculating printhead embraces all of these requirements.
The recirculation system located directly behind the nozzles allows most densely viscosities to be processed easily. This provides an extraordinary layer thickness of around 50 microns at 35m/min.
The covered drop volume range of 13 to 225pL supports the finest gradations and builds a durable structure in the ink layer at the same time.
Nozzle dropout caused by air bubbles and impurities is recovered automatically. Isolated channel technology provides the highest jetting frequency with an unbeaten productivity of 2,477mL/sec.
RC1536 is compatible with oil, UV- and solvent-based, and aqueous fluids.
Low and easy maintenance, and minimal ink waste due to recirculation, enhances RC1536’s sustainability credentials.
The RC1536 recirculating printhead from Seiko Instruments can be installed in vertical and horizontal applications, allowing maximum flexibility in its use. This printhead can be used for printing on ceramics, wood, glass, corrugated cardboard, apparels and home textiles, as well as for coating and varnishing; coding and marking, and additive manufacturing (3D) – the multitude of applications is inexhaustible.
