Are you ready for operating oscillation circuit?
- Matching test of the oscillation circuit using tuning fork crystal -
As energy saving of mobile devices advances, MPU with lower power drive will increase more and more. In this trend, since the tuning fork crystals are used as the sub clock function, it is predicted that there will be increase of necessity for checking if the stable oscillation for the tuning fork crystal is given by the circuit even with the MPU in idle mode.
If stable oscillation cannot be given, the oscillation start up time may become slower, or at worst, crystal oscillation may stop by fluctuation of operating conditions. In such cases, it is required to make load capacitance of the oscillation circuit smaller or change resistance values etc.
