Serial E²PROM
Serial EEPROM are available in 2-wire S-24CSxx, 3-wire S-93Cxx, and SPI-Bus S-25CxxxA technology and various capacities from 1 K bit to 1M bit (up to 64 K bit already released product). Packages for those devices may be chosen from a variety ranging from SNT-8A, over 3 different WLP-5A, WLP-6A, WLP-8C Wafer-Level-Packages, to the traditional 8-Pin SOP, 8-Pin TSSOP to 8-Pin DIP.
